WME001 - A Framework Agreement for the Supply of Natural Gas on a Flexible Basis and the Provision of Associated Services

WME intends to create a new four year single supplier framework for the provision of gas supplies, with WME acting as intermediary to buy the gas on the wholesale market.

WME provides a fully managed service including validation and payment of bills on behalf of customers.

In addition, WME also provides a procurement only service.

WME will impose on economic operators requirements aimed at protecting the confidential nature of information made available throughout the procurement procedure (as permitted by Regulation 21(3)), and before receiving that information economic operators will be required to complete and return a confidentiality agreement, which will be available once economic operators have expressed an interest in the tender opportunity, along with a copy of their current gas supply licence.
