It will also enable members of the public who are unable to attend a meeting to see and hear the debates that influence the decisions the Councils make.
The two Councils also wish to ensure that any new camera and microphone systems are effectively integrated with their existing audio visual and presentation systems so as to improve the range and performance of these systems to support meetings and events.
