Pre-Market Engagement Supplier Event for a Time and Attendance/ Rostering system

West Midlands Fire Service are conducting early engagement through this notice to ascertain expressions of interest from suppliers that could provide a software solution for the Authority’s Time and Attendance/ Rostering system requirements.

The Authority will be holding two supplier day events on the dates and times below which will be used to: • Communicate requirements for the replacement of the organisation’s current Time & Attendance/Rostering system • Answer questions from suppliers about the requirements • Understand what innovative software solutions are currently on offer The organisation is looking to begin implementation of a new system before the end of 2016 and a go live date across the organisation 1st April 2017.

The software solution should have the ability to integrate with current payrolls systems, door access control system and the potential to integrate or replace our current HR management system.

Available dates to attend supplier events: Monday 11th April 2016 from 09:30 – 14:00 located at West Midlands Fire Service, Safeside, 101 Vauxhall Road, Birmingham, B7 4HW.

Tuesday 12th April 2016 from 09:30 – 14:00 located at Hay Mills Fire Station, Speedwell Road, Hay Mills, Birmingham, B25 8HH Programme of both events: 09:30- 10:00 Presentation of requirements from West Midlands Fire Service 10:00 – 10:45 Open floor question and answer session 11:00 – 14:00 Breakout sessions in 15 minute intervals for suppliers to ask West Midlands Fire service representatives any commercially sensitive questions in confidence.

Attached is an expression of interest form that can be downloaded and completed with supplier details, the date you wish to attend and an opportunity to ask any initial questions.
