This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits in the upper-middle of the IT Services band — a substantial contract for the sector. Based on 36,449 valued IT Services tenders in our corpus.
BMBC is looking to procure a Learning Management and Appraisal System (LMAS) to provide a standard, centralised system to effectively manage learning and development.
The new system will replace several legacy IT systems that are currently used to book, manage and record learning and development and appraisals.
Berneslai Homes Ltd. are BMBC's managing agent for the management and maintenance of council housing in Barnsley.
It has been identified that following the natural contract end for their current system, they may utilise this contract in future.
As a result, Berneslai Homes Ltd are represented on the project board.
BMBC is looking for a solution that is scalable and future-proofed so that it is able to offer additional functionality, as required, to meet additional needs of the Council, e.g. workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.
The purpose of the contract is to deliver a cost efficient, flexible and mobile online learning management and appraisal system to provide our employees, Elected Members and partner organisations with the necessary knowledge, skills, behaviours, tools and techniques to ensure they are high performing, motivated, flexible and diverse at every level.
