Great Yarmouth Borough Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced multidisciplinary contractors to tender to assist in the preparation of a Business Case for the Future High Streets Fund, according to the principles set out in HM Treasury 'Green Book' guidance on the appraisal and evaluation of projects and programmes.
