The Authority uses a variety of multi-function devices located throughout the organisation's offices.
The current devices are Kyocera are all networked and linked to a print server, they are distributed in four different office locations around the National Park (two offices in Helmsley, visitor centre at Sutton Bank and visitor centre at Danby).
The annual volume across the devices is 93,150 B&W and 115170 Colour.
We are looking for a 5 year contract for 5 devices at 4 different locations/offices.
Devices must have a minimum speed of 30ppm but full specification can be found in the attached document.
