The brief

The College plans to award vouchers to the value of 50GBP for L1 and L2 students, and a voucher to the value of 150GBP for L3 students in academic year 2015/16.

Vouchers will be issued from early September 2015 onwards.

The College is anticipating that approximately 280 students will receive a voucher to the value of 50GBP, and approximately 500 students will receive a voucher to the value of 150GBP.

The anticipated contract value is therefore 89,000GBP.

It is expected that all tenderers will provide prices for the items stipulated, or where an exact match is not available, a substitute that is as close as practicably possible.

The data provided should not be considered a commitment to purchase; payment for vouchers will be made on redemption.

Students must be able to redeem their vouchers either in one transaction or in multiple transactions up until the end of the Spring Term, 30 June 2016.

The premises on which the students can redeem their vouchers must be within the local area of Plymouth, Devon, UK.

Tenderers must have the ability to void individual vouchers if necessary.

The cost of producing the physical vouchers should be included within the pricing given.

The physical vouchers should be delivered in advance to the College where they will be recorded, numbered and distributed to students by College staff.
