Berneslai Homes has a requirement for Sub-Contractors to undertake repairs, maintenance, and minor works to compliment inhouse tradespeople operating within the boundary of the Borough of Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The tender has been divided into 12 lots and Contractors may apply for one or more lots: - 1 Installation of Kitchens 2 Installation of Bathroom, Wet Rooms, and Shower Rooms 3 Joinery Works 4 Roofing Repair Work (Not New Roofs) 5 Loft Insulation 6 Plastering and Damp Proofing 7 Tiling 8 Brickwork 9 Painting & Decorating incl Mould Treatment 10 External Wall Insulation 11 External Door Installations 12 Roof Replacement Work Tender documents are available free for download after expression of interest.
