Cobalt Housing is seeking to establish a framework for building and joinery materials for our Cobalt Plus Team.
Cobalt Plus is our in house team that’s committed to increasing social value and providing an excellent level of customer care.
The team will be carrying out a range of work streams to include all aspects of joinery, plastering and decorating works within void and tenanted properties.
We estimate a yearly spend of approximately £65,000 for the duration of the project.
The contract is due to commence from 09/11/2015 and will run until 09/11/2016 with an option to extend for an additional year to 09/11/2017.
