The brief

SPECIFICATION OF WORKS - See approved Planning Application P22/S3190/FUL The re-circulating Splash Pad is intended to be an exciting and safe recreational facility that offers various water play facilities and activities for visitors of all ages.

This project aims to create a fun, inclusive, and interactive environment that encourages family friendly experiences.

This project needs to ensure: • Full compliance with the approved dimensions for both the Splash Pad and the plant room are adhered to, as well as full compliance to the attached tree protection condition as specified by the planning authority • Confirmation that during construction, the contractor will ensure that temporary road matting is used to access the site, so as not to damage the playing field -No access to site can be obtained via the new Community and Sports Pavilion access routes.

The exact location of the temporary road matting will be confirmed by Town Council staff prior to commencement Responses to be received in confidence, no later than noon on Monday 1st February 2024 marked for the attention of Lucy Blake, the Deputy Town Clerk, Didcot Town Council Offices, Britwell Road, Didcot, Oxon, OX11 7HN, or by email to jwheeler@didcot.gov.uk along with a password.

Any quote received after the deadline, will not be considered.
