The Partners shall not be liable for any costs or expenses incurred by any organisation in responding to this notice or in tendering for the proposed contract.

Notice was published late due to ongoing contract discussion and finalising the terms and conditions also due to Covid 19.

Salford City Council and Salford University (the Partners) are looking to appoint a private sector partner (PSP) to develop/construct a range of schemes within the 100 - hectare Salford Crescent and University District Masterplan area (the Project) over the next 10 years, with an option to extend the contract for a further 5 years (i.e.

15 years in total).

The Project also requires the PSP to provide a range of ancillary professional services including the delivery of the masterplan.

The project includes 5 zones, namely Adelphi, Crescent, Innovation, Health Village and Peel Park.

The PSP, which may take the form of a single entity or group of organisations, will be responsible for managing and/or delivering the project and working closely with the Partners over the duration of the contract.
