Following recent site energy audits commissioned by Tendring District Council (TDC), at various sites through the district, TDC now wish to engage the services of a specialist consultant to expand further the recommendations of the reports, in line with TDC's carbon reduction policies, and subsequent detailed design to RIBA 4. \r \r TDC wish to replace existing gas and oil burning plant with non-fossil fuel alternatives including air source heat pumps.
TDC invite you to provide fee quotes on a site-by-site basis.
Each site is broken down into two separate fee schedules.\r \r The Pricing Evaluation for this tender will be awarded in Lots.
There are 5 Lots. \r Each total submitted for each Lot will be evaluated and each Lot will be awarded separately under separate NEC3 contracts. \r
