Meet the Buyer Event

Meet the Buyer Event We intend to go to the market to procure the following services: - Installation and supply of CCTV systems. - Installation and supply of Door Entry. - Installation and supply of Warden Control. - Installation, supply and upgrading of gates, barriers and automated doors.

This will be procured as one contract and one lot.

We will be awarding to one supplier who MUST be able to deliver all of the services either directly or indirectly (sub-contracting) to all of our geographical portfolio.

If you can do this then we would like to invite you to our Meet the Buyer Event on Monday 8th July.

We currently have five slots available - 09:15, 10:00, 10:45, 11:30, 12:15.

The purpose of these meetings is for us to: - Understand the current market better, any new recent regulations and the latest technologies that are currently available. - Obtain your advice as to whether our specification is feasible. - Understand how you have priced similar contracts and whether this would suit Midland Heart given our vast property portfolio. - Obtain your feedback on the design of our pricing schedule and whether we have accounted for all possible variables. - Understand how we can improve our pricing schedule to reduce the risk factor your side thus ensuring your bid is as competitive as it could be.

These will be issued on a first come first served basis and we will only make further appointments available at our discretion.

Please do NOT attend if you cannot deliver all of the above services.
