Acting as lead for this partnership and under the guidance of the Southend Community Safety Partnership, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council ("The Council") is seeking to contract an academic partner or other suitably qualified research organisation to undertake a review of the drugs market assessment previously conducted, and make recommendations to inform future commissioning of related work programmes.
It is anticipated that the fieldwork will be conducted over approximately 3 months and that a final report will be presented to commissioners by summer in 2017.
The contract value will be up to a maximum of £40,000, dependent on the breadth of the research proposed.
The closing date for quotations is by 12:00hrs on 20th February2017.
