The London Borough of Waltham Forest is now seeking suitably qualified consultants through the LEA procurement framework to undertake an updated study in two work packages as follows: Work Package 1 - a high level review of the entire borough to identify potential further clusters/viable areas where heat networks can be developed.
Work Package 2 - in relation to the final agreed Clusters the Consultant shall undertake a heat mapping and energy master planning study for each of these Clusters
