Contact Centre As A Service
As part of this ongoing programme of IT system compatibility, Strata are currently working with the specified organisations to review their current Contact Centre needs and requirements and wish to connect with Suppliers and their systems currently available to the Public Sector.
Strata are undertaking this Soft Market Test (SMT) to understand system availability, functionality, and digital direction, along with potential associated costs and timescales if change is required.
This paper outlines the current usage and potential future requirements of a replacement Contact Centre as a Service solution at the specified organisations.
A detailed specification will be developed if the authorities decide to proceed with going to the market and will be released as part of a fully compliant procurement process.
