Northgate House, Halifax - TP200 External Envelope Trade Contract

All documentation in relation to this tender are located at www.yortender.co.uk The design, supply, and install of new roofs new rooflights, windows, main entrance canopy sliding doors and external doorsets.

Replace with new flat roof, remove existing roof coverings and make good, new roof to main library and two storey courtyard block.

New cladding / curtain walling system to existing building and new courtyard building.

Making good / repairs to retained cladding.

Making good / repairs to roof plant room.

New cladding or similar picture frames around 7 bays.

All as indicated on the enclosed drawings and all in accordance with this Works Package Document and the drawings/specifications listed in Section 3.0 of this document.

The External Envelope Contractor is to price the specifications as detailed within this document.

Any alternatives, which the External Envelope Contractor can offer as a saving should be identified separately as an optional saving (see Section 10.0 of the Works Package Document).

The Lump Sum Contract is deemed to include the following: • All works described within this Work Package Document and those items listed under Section 1.0 • All works described within the specifications listed under Section 3.0 including the risk for all quantification • All works details on the drawings listed under Section 3.0 where they relate to the Scope of the External Envelope Contractor.
