The brief

The Council was successfully in bidding for and receiving funding of £48,461 from the Department for Transport's Local Authority Cycle Training Grant (Bikeability) for the 2016-17 financial year, based on £40pp for Levels 1&2 and Level 3 The Council intends to award a contract for the delivery of Bikeability Level 1+2 training from March 2019 for which it has funding for up to 1150 places in addition to 130 Level 3 places and 396 places for Bikeability Balance.
