School of Engineering Redevelopment at Telford Innovation Campus

The University of Wolverhampton plan to release a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire out to the market to source interest in tendering, and to subsequently create a shortlist of tenderers, for a development at our Telford Campus.

Works will involve the extension and refurbishment of an existing teaching facility (known as the SC Building) which houses the University’s Faculty of Engineering.

The design indicates approximately 540m2 (in total) of single storey new build to the front and rear of SC Building, together with adaptations within the existing building at Ground and 1st Floor levels (totalling approximately 765m2 of internal space) to provide the following accommodation.
