The brief

Cornwall College Further Education Corporation (herein after referred to as the College) wish to invite you (the potential supplier) to provide a Tender Submission for the requirement detailed These works are to be completed to eliminate dirty water run off prior to a separate contract for demolition and earth moving which will remove the redundant slatted shed and slurry lagoon at the lower farm returning them to green space utilising surplus excavated material currently stockpiled on site.

The works comprise: Lot 1 o Additional drainage measures within the upper yard of the original farm to intercept dirty water flows from animal housing. o Construction of watertight bund around Farm Yard Manure store o Introduction of kerbs to assist in segregation of straw from slurry. o Diversion and management of roof water to reduce volumes reaching attenuation pond. o General improvements to guarding and access after demolition works and earth moving.

Lot 2 o Supply and installation of an above ground storage tank for slurry.

Lot 3 o Supply and installation of a steel framed building to cover the farm yard manure store.

The College's electronic tendering system (herein after referred to as In-Tend) will be used for this Tender https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cornwall should you decide to provide a response to this Tender your Tender Submission must be returned through In-Tend and received no later than 12 noon 16th September 2022
