Delivery of the following services: Security, Reception and Help Desk Services Domestic Services Patient Catering Services Cleaning Services Pest Control Services Linen and Laundry Services Car Parking Patient Entertainment Systems Services to be delivered in accordance with specified standards, and, managed under a formal performance regime.
The requirement will include continuous service improvement, by the provider and the achievement of regular efficiency gains both in terms of cost and performance.
There will be a Bidders briefing session on Monday, 1.2.2016 to set the scene for the project and allow Bidders to better understand the opportunities extending from the project.
