The brief

FORMAL EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INVITED PRIOR TO THE RUNNING OF A CLOSED TENDER: Existing building of the Management School constructed c.

This includes new roof, windows and M&E as a minimum.

This will include expansion and relocation of the existing café outlet and provision of new café.

Lancaster Leadership Centre constructed c 2005 will undergo light refurbishment works based on its current condition.
