The Refurbishment of Toilets within Building 240
As part of a wider redevelopment of facilities, there is a requirement to refurbish two blocks of toilets within building B240: Rooms G3, G4 & G5 being the front (Reception) toilets and Rooms G26 & G27, being the rear toilets.
Work will also include decorations to the immediate corridors.
It is proposed to carry out the works in both toilets simultaneously.
However the Works may be split into 2 phases with the front (Reception) toilets being completed first; note that the two phases may have a break between them due to Centre bookings.
Site programme will be short & a fixed period: Closure of the Centre will be required due to the access requirements / location of the front (Reception) toilets and noise / disturbance issued.
It will be essential that the appointed contractor places their order with Excelsior (IPS system) immediately upon appointment due to lead times of these critical path components / fittings.
