The brief

NHS England established a contract for the provision of Communications Services under Lot 4 (Public Relations and Related Services) of the Crown Commercial Services Creative Solutions, Execution and Related Services Framework as part of its commitment to strengthen primary care and deliver the ambitions outlined in the NHS Five Year Forward View.

The Authority's intention is to promote the adoption of innovations in general practice and wider primary care particularly highlighting ways to introduce a greater focus on wellbeing and prevention, improve access and quality, and deliver personalised, proactive and coordinated care when needed.

Therefore NHSE has commenced publication of innovation case studies from the Prime Minister’s GP Access Fund, outlining the work being done by schemes to improve access and primary care services.

The intention is to commission the production of a larger body of products which both describe key innovations and give practical insights into how others could implement them.

NHS England required to produce thirty five (35) products in this instance.
