The brief

Ashford Oaks opened its doors to children for the very first time on Thursday 4 September 2008, offering children from the age of 3 to 11 years old the opportunity to learn in a fantastic new environment with cutting edge equipment and facilities and with the aim of making learning fun.

Our aim is to provide a loving, happy, caring and quality learning environment for the child.

As a school, we believe that children's self-esteem is the most important consideration in a child's education.

We help them believe in themselves and from this come high expectations and achievement.

We are a school that looks forward and not back.

We see ourselves as an important part of the south Ashford community and we ensure that, as a school, we embrace change and evaluate our performance on a regular basis.

Our current contract expires at the end of this school year and in accordance with best procurement practice, EU and UK Procurement Directives and Regulations we are seeking a provider to operate the School Meals and catering requirements commencing September 2015.

The procurement process adopted is based upon the 'Open' Procedure, as detailed in 'The Public Contract Regulations 2015'.

Procurement Services Group has been commissioned to manage the procurement process on behalf of Ashford Oaks Primary School.
