All Age Domiciliary Care Services - Approved Provider List
This is a large award for Health & Social Care — above three-quarters of comparable contracts. Based on 32,734 valued Health & Social Care tenders in our corpus.
The aim of the All Age Domiciliary Care service is to enable Service Users receiving care and support to lead a full life, maximising their independence, promoting their health and wellbeing and supporting them to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes for as long as possible whilst maintaining their individual dignity, privacy, freedom of choice and treating them with respect.
The commissioned service will be for all ages and all client groups, including those fully funded through Continuing Health Care.
This will include children and young people who have been assessed as having a significant physical disability (which could include sensory or mental impairments), and adults who have been assessed and who have eligible needs associated with older age, sensory impairment, learning disability, physical disability, physical ill health, and mental health conditions including dementia.
Admission onto the Approved Provider List is not a guarantee of work. (Information on how work will be allocated is contained in the Service Specification at Schedule A of the Contract).
