The brief

The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the provision of Forcewide Catering Services.

The Customer is managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the "Regulations").

This Contract is being procured under the Open procedure.

In order to improve Officer and Staff wellbeing, the Customer is looking to partner with an organisation to provide an onsite, event and operationally based food and drink service.

The Customer will provide at no cost where necessary, all onsite facilities for the provision of these services.

The food offering is to be of the highest possible standard whilst still delivering value for money to Officers and Staff.

The successful Contractor would be expected to price food and drink available for purchase at comparable, if not lower than, that available on the high street.

All facility overheads are the responsibility of the Customer, therefore marketing of the food and drink offering is the responsibility of the Contractor.
