Bevan Ward is an Existing Modular building currently used as a day ward for oral surgery.

The purpose of this project is to build a first floor modular extension to be used as an office space for 85 members of staff.

The modular building must be compatible to our existing ground floor modular building and be structurally sound.

The modular building extension must also satisfy the following minimum requirements: i.

Internal rooms layout to accommodate 85 No of office staff as per provided floor plan design and Schedule of works ii.

Kitchen As per Floor Plan and schedule of works iii.

Toilet Facilities as per Floor plan and schedule of works iv.

A meeting Room As per Floor Plan and d schedule of works v.

Staircase linking to existing Ground floor (As per Proposed drawings) vi.

Disabled Friendly Lift linking to existing Ground Floor (As per Proposed drawings) vii.

An External Fire Exit Staircase (As per Proposed drawings) viii.

Data network and Telephone points for all desks as per floor plans schedule of works ix.

Climate Control Ventilation To all staff areas x.

Emergency Lighting xi.

All utilities and Services including water, waste pipes and electrical supplies.
