Ongoing Support and Advice Provide professional advice and support throughout the disposal process, including responding to queries, advising on offers received, and assisting with decision-making at key stages.
Landowner meetings Attendance at quarterly Shawfair Landowner meetings on our behalf.
Monthly client meetings Attendance at monthly client update meetings.
Conclusion of Disposal Support the Authority through to final completion of the sale, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and the disposal is concluded in accordance with the approved strategy.
