The brief

The Trust is seeking to engage with a supplier to deliver training to staff within the Trust on an Investigations Toolkit.

To enable NWAS to function and fulfil its statutory duties there is a requirement to undertake investigations.

Regardless of the type of investigation it is the aim of all managers acting in the role of investigator, to act in a manner that is open, fair, and seeks to put things right for all parties involved and to prevent similar events happening in the future.
