The brief

- Calderdale CCG wishes to commission a Primary Care Psychological Therapies (Adults) service in line with national guidance and local requirements from suitably qualified healthcare providers. - The service will be commissioned using the Any Qualified Provider (AQP) process.

Providers should note that in securing services under the AQP process assurance of competence, quality and safety standards is required, just as it would for services secured under a formal tender process. - The service will be delivered within the Calderdale boundary in line with care closer to home principles and the service specification which is included in the qualification pack. - The AQP List will be in place for 4 years from 1 April 2016 to 31 March 2020.

The list will be re-opened during the AQP term – full details provided in the Memorandum of Information which is included in the qualification pack. - The successful provider(s) will be expected to sign the standard NHS contract, accepting all terms and conditions.

The contract, including the Particulars, is available in the qualification pack.

It should be noted that under the AQP model, there is no guarantees of volume or payment in the contracts awarded.

The prices to be paid for services are shown in Schedule 3 of the Contract Particulars.

For the avoidance of doubt successful providers will be expected to contract with the CCG on the basis of the contract documentation contained within the qualification pack and it is important to read the contract documentation carefully to ensure your organisation would be willing to contract on this basis. - The contract term expires on 31 March 2019 with an option to extend for a period of 1 year. - Full details of this AQP offer and the qualification process are provided in the Memorandum of Information. - Organisations should complete and return a qualification questionnaire via www.nhssourcing.co.uk, deadline date is 7 March 2016 at 5pm - Important information: Questions from Applicants will close on 24 February 2016 at 12 noon, allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by 7 March 2016 at 5pm.

We aim to answer questions within 48 hours and forward answers to all applicants; however where further clarification is required we will provide answers by 25 February 2016 at 5pm at the latest. - If Applicants are asked Clarification Questions during the Evaluation Stages, they have 48 hours to respond.

Please ensure that staff are available to answer the questions via www.nhssourcing.co.uk.

Failure to respond in the given time could adversely impact your application. - Please express your interest by registering on the NHS Sourcing portal website https://www.www.nhssourcing.co.uk reference number itt_3426. - Once registered potential providers will be able to complete and return the AQP qualification pack.
