Package 1 - Cold Water Mains Replacement The replacement of the HMS Belfast existing cold-water distribution installation which consists of original steel pipework that has asbestos insulation, copper pipework and plastic.
All redundant copper and plastic pipework shall be isolated, drained and removed from the ship for proper disposal.

The contractor shall also be responsible for the electrical installation associated with the Hot water and CAT5 services.
