Supported Return to Training Evaluation- Health Education England - NHS/SoEPS/18.433

NHS South of England Procurement Services (SoEPS), acting on behalf of Health Education England (HEE - the Commissioner) are commencing a tender for the provision of a Supported Return to Training Evaluation Exercise.

The aim of this procurement is to identify a supplier to evaluate Health Education England's Supported Return to Training (SuppoRTT) reforms.

This exercise will assess both the impact of this intervention, and perception regarding the delivery and efficacy of the reforms, using a range of objective and subjective measures.

The exercise will also produce advice regarding potential improvements to both the design and delivery of the SuppoRTT strategy and provide evidence to inform a business case to support future investment.

The maximum value of this contract is £225,000 over three years and £75,000 inclusive of VAT per year.

This figure is inclusive of any applicable VAT.

This procurement is being run under the Lighter Touch Regime, as a one stage open process.

The deadline for submission of completed ITT submissions is Friday 31 August 2018 at 12:00pm (midday).

Late submissions will not be accepted.

The e-portal system will shutdown at 12:00pm and any un-submitted bids not registered to the system at this time will not be accepted.
