Eye Examination Instruments The University of Portsmouth is in the process of equipping a state of the art eye clinic This tender is for the provision of the key diagnostic instruments for the provision of core optometric services, within this public facing eye clinic.

Scope of Services Required This tender is split into multiple lots as follows: Small Instruments, Colour Testing, Examination Items, Orthoptic Vision Therapy Set, Rebound Tonometer, Indirect Opthalmoscope, Progressive Addition Lens Indentifier, Radiuscope, Optical Mirrors, Synoptophere Suppliers may apply for single or multiple lots.

The lots will be assessed individually but we will also consider looking for a package price for multiple lots.

We reserve the right to award individual lots or select the awardee/s on the most economically advantageous offer received.

Fulfilment of this tender will require all the described lots for this tender to be delivered and installed/commissioned before the deadline of w/c 23rd July 2018, this is a mandatory requirement of this tender.

Should you not be able to meet this deadline you will be excluded from the process.

The University reserves the right to purchase additional equipment within the scope of this contract at a later date i.e. upgrades or future requirements that are linked to the products within this contract.
