PPQ for short list to tender for Construction Contract for new Prince's Trust Centre, Birmingham

This notice is for the application to join the tender list for works to existing building at the Cold Store in Birmingham City Centre in relation to the fit out of a new centre for Princes Trust.

The works involve mainly interior fit out to an existing listed building, mostly on the first and second floors.

The application is via a pre-qualification questionnaire which is attached to this notice and which will be marked in order to shortlist suitable Construction Contractors.

The Existing building is a listed recently renovated 4 storey warehouse in the centre of Birmingham.

The building is currently a shell ready for fit out.

The works include a full M&E installation, finishes and bespoke fittings.

The project will be run under a JCT traditional contract.

The tender documents will include a full set on construction documentation, and Bill of Quantities.

The completed project will for the regional headquarters of the Princes Trust and accommodate local staff as well as serve as a delivery centre for programmes to Young People.
