'To Procure a Scanning Probe system, Atomic Force Microscope to be combined with existing Horibal Raman Spectrometer (Model HR-Evolution 800)to allow tip enhanced Raman measurements.
Optical access required from three axis.
Objective scanner to allow alignment of laser spot tip.
Software required for combined Raman and AFM measurements.
Custom made Glove Box enclosure or environmental enclosure for operation under nitrogen atmosphere including cable and optical access.
Possibility for measurements in liquids as well as solid samples.
