The provider will be fully established and experienced in maintaining water features in the London area.
Regular site visits will be required including; water tests and treatment to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, the full service requirements of a water feature, as per the O&M manual.
Where required; Employment of specialist sub-contractors for servicing of equipment (Crowcon Gas Detection, Water Softener, PAT Testing).
Remote access control of the system will need to be set up and configured.
A web based dashboard (or similar) to view and control the operation of the system will be required.
