CDC is seeking to commission an experienced supplier to undertake a whole programme evaluation of the Regional Growth Fund (RGF) investment programme and the Growing Places Fund (GPF) which are being delivered by Cornwall Council and Cornwall Development Company, in Cornwall & Isles of Scilly.
The evaluation will also include a review of the two Enterprise Zones in Cornwall, Aerohub+ and Marine Hub.
The successful tenderer will use a consistent methodology to gather qualitative and quantitative evidence to assess assumptions and assertions made in the strategy, governance and project applications, and measure the broader impact of the fund on the local economy.
