Framework Agreement for Retail Equipment

Red Cross requires the supply, delivery and installation of a range of Goods and Services in regards to Retail Equipment together with the provision of after sales support.
Based on the above, the Red Cross seeks to establish a Multi-Lot Framework Agreement for these Goods and Services.
It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement shall be made of the following three Lots: Lot 1 - General retail equipment / consumables: * Retail equipment and consumables including: hangers, size cubes, internal signage, tagging guns, tagging needles, pricing guns, labels, jewellery string tags, shopping basket, lockers, tissues paper, bubble wrap and notice boards; and * Fixtures and Fittings including: rails, uprights, shelving and ticket edging, mesh fittings, slat wall fixtures, ceiling point of sale hanging equipment.
Lot 2 - Specialised retail equipment and associated services. * Specialised retail equipment including: window display units, heavy book gondola wheel units, fashion/hanging gondola to match heavy duty book gondolas, polished display table, lockable glass cabinets, health & safety approved steps.
Where applicable, the Services required under this Lot will include, but is not limited to: * Design of bespoke / specialised items; * Ad hoc project management services i.e. space planning services.
Lot 3 - Polythene Products: The Goods required under this Lot will include, but is not limited to: * Stock collection sacks; * Coloured Sacks - Pink/Red/Yellow/Blue - 510 x 590 x 800mm; * Recyclable black sacks - 510 x 590 x 800mm; and * Vest style carrier bags.
The Goods and Services required under this Framework Agreement shall require to be delivered across the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland and shall enable Red Cross to achieve our Corporate Strategy objectives of Refusing to Ignore People in Crisis.
The Framework Agreement shall be for a period of 24 months from the agreed Framework Agreement Start Date.
