Takeaway baguette, sandwich and salad bar service

Kettering General Hospital is asking for any expressions of interest in providing an on-site Takeaway baguette, sandwich and salad bar to staff - Cold Food A range of, freshly prepared made to order, baguettes, rolls, sandwiches and wraps, salads, inclusive of vegetarian and healthy eating option fillings - Hot Food Jacket Potatoes with a choice of fillings as above - Snacks A choice of savoury snacks (crisp type snacks) inclusive of inclusive of healthier eating ‘baked’ varieties.

The company must be able to provide certification of registration as a food business with the Local Authority Environmental Health.

The company will need to provide their own chilled equipment, point of sales advertising, tills etc.

All operatives to hold Food Hygiene Certificate at a minimum of Level 2 and to hold a good or excellent food hygiene rating issued by the Local Authority Environmental Health.

To have a Food Safety Policy and HACCP systems in place to ensure food safety, and able to evidence compliance.

To meet all requirements of the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013
