The brief

The University of Kent is seeking to appoint a building contractor to undertake alterations and improvements to Willow Court, consisting of 20 no. residential houses located in Park Wood.

These works include, but not limited to: • Removal and disposal of unwanted items such as kitchens, flooring lighting, shower rooms etc. • Installation of new flooring throughout • Decoration throughout • Replacement of Front doors • Plastering throughout • Installation of new kitchens • Mechanical Works • Electrical works to include power, data, lighting and Wifi • Installation of new shower room
