RFI - EV Chargepoints (LEVI) (Mar25)
The UK Government's LEVI fund supports local authorities in England to work with the chargepoint industry, to improve the roll out and commercialisation of local charging infrastructure.
These public chargepoints will help residents who don't have off-street parking and need to charge their electric vehicles (EVs).
Buckinghamshire Council would like to engage with the market as part of the development of procurement.
The Council is also keen to explore all available options and requests information on fully-funded models (i.e. utilising funding from your business only) and hybrid approaches (i.e. offering separate bidding 'Lots' for LEVI and fully funded models).
We will review the responses from the market and use these to make an informed decision on the most appropriate commercial model for the Council.
Further information on the LEVI fund can be found on the Energy Savings Trust website .
