'*** This tender requirement was abandoned prior to a Contract award decision. ***' UKSBS ISS is utilising both the LANDesk Service Desk as their Incident Management and CMDB tool.

UK SBS ISS also have deployed LANDesk Management Suite as its Service Management tool.

Maintenance agreement will cover both the licences and support for the LANDesk Service Desk and Management Suite products, collectively referred to as LANDesk Total User Management Bundle.

Licencing for 2300 users under the LANDesk Total User Management Bundle with support and maintenance.

Support to run from 1st November 2015 to 31st October 2016 for 2300 users of LANDesk Total User Management Bundle.

UK SBS ISS require: • Technical support for the LANDesk Service Desk and LANDesk Management Suite via phone and self-service portal between the hours of 7am-7pm • Access to e-learning and/or LANDesk community forums • Dedicated technical contacts • Dedicated account manager • Remote support • Hotfix patches for priority 1 issues • Software upgrade protection • Dedicated contact route for priority 1 incidents The Contract Term is the 1st November 2015 to 31st October 2016 with an option to extend for a further 1 year period.
