NHS Southend Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are seeking to procure a Pharmaceutical Services and Medicines Supply Service for Fair Havens Hospice based in Westcliff on Sea, Essex.

Fair Havens Hospice provides a wide range of specialist palliative care services for people aged 18 years and over and living across South East Essex who have a progressive life limiting illness.

NHS Southend CCG are seeking a Provider to deliver services outlined below in a flexible and responsive manner taking into account the needs of the Hospice.

The CCG wishes to work with a Provider who will deliver high quality Services and who will play a proactive role in meeting the needs of patients and clinical staff of the Hospice.

The Scope of the Services is; a.

Provision of a professional pharmaceutical service to the Hospice in accordance with the requirements set out in this document. b.

Provision of a professional pharmaceutical advisory service to the Hospice. c.

The supply of medicines in accordance with the requirements set out in this document.

The service will commence 02 April 2018 for a duration of three years with the opportunity to extend for a further 12 months.
