The department is looking to contract with a Supplier that can deliver a solution that can meet the following key business requirements: Deliver key functionality for HR, payroll, finance and purchase-to-pay; Provide a solution that is off-premise and fully managed by the supplier; Deliver the implementation of the solution, including the supplier being responsible for: -The design, setup and configuration of the solution for each functional area, including workflows; -Building and testing any interfaces needed between the core systems; -Development and planning of end-user training.

The Department wants to select a system which is intuitive and easy-to-use to reduce the training burden; -Support the Department in defining new business processes, adopting best in class commercial business processes as governed by the new technology; -Support for the migration of reference and transactional data into the new solution; and -Transferring skills to enable the Department to undertake and manage configuration and workflow changes so it can manage the on-going user experience.

Provide a technical support desk to ensure the system continues to operate.
