The development site forms part of a wider allocated site in the development plan.
LOT 2 - The undertaking of an independent Viability Assessment Review of a Financial Viability Report submitted pursuant to planning application reference CB/22/03061/FULL for the Demolition of existing buildings and construction of 28 residential units with associated access, parking, and landscaping.
