Ongo Partnership Ltd wishes to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to undertake a full review of pay and remuneration of the Ongo's Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
The objective is to review the current remuneration package of the ELT in line with benchmarking data within both the housing and other sectors, and present proposals and recommendations on a remuneration policy that can be applied long term.
