GB-London: Design and production of annual reports and publications

The GDC wants to procure a design and publication partner to deliver its portfolio of annual reports and publications and further develop and evolve its external publications to ensure its communications remain relevant and are understood by our wide range of stakeholders.

Services are being procured via Contracts Finder below threshold procurement route, which means any suitable Supplier can submit a tender for this Contract.

The range of products within scope include our suite of annual reports including the Costed Corporate Plan publication, Registration and Fitness to Practise statistical reports, Dental Complaints Service (DCS) Annual Report and the Review of Education Reports.

Ad hoc reports will include consultation documents, policy documents and patient information leaflets.

Digital assets will include iconography for our website, infographics to support initiatives and research reports, and the creation of new PowerPoint templates.

We anticipate that the contract will commence in January 2024 and will be for a period of three years.

The Contract may be extended up to a maximum of one year beyond the initial contract period, at the discretion of the GDC and subject to satisfactory performance of the Contract.

The estimated value of the contract will be circa £110k over a three-year period (Including VAT and expenses).

The GDC offers no guarantee of any work or any minimum volumes to the Supplier under the Contract.

The nature and volume of Services will be dependent on actual work commissioned.
