Proposed development of 70 sustainable Council homes built to Passivhaus standard at Post Hill, Tiverton, Devon:\r \r • Sixty-two homes at affordable rent including 12 x 1-bedroom houses, 22 x 2-bedroom houses, 20 x 3-bedroom houses and 8 x 4-bedroom houses. \r • Eight 1-bedroom flats at social rent. \r • Pedestrian and cyclist centric design with bike sheds and connecting walking routes to the town centre. \r • Sustainability at the core of the development: this includes affordable initial purchase costs, low carbon, and affordable running costs for our Tenants. \r • Large front and rear gardens.\r • Sustainable heating solutions including heat source pumps.\r \r The sustainable Council homes will form part of our housing stock and retained by Mid Devon District Council. \r \r Form of contract to be Design and Build JCT 2016 with Amendments. \r
