2017 - 582 Lean Review Services

WM Housing Group is currently undertaking a large scale review of its federated operations in order to move away from separate approaches to service delivery and to develop a single operating model that will drive improved efficiency and effectiveness into its services.

Appropriately qualified consultants are invited to tender to provide a programme of holistic lean reviews and business process engineering exercises to support our core service transformation programme.

Consultants will need the required capacity to run a number of large scale reviews concurrently.

Please ensure that you read Document 001 - Letter of Introduction before you proceed to the Invitation to Tender (ITT).

Applicants are advised to ensure that they do not base their submission on discussions with any other member of WM Housing Group Staff.

Failure to observe this requirement may result in your bid being eliminated.
